The production and use of sawdust briquetting machines have various advantages and characteristics, and what is the specific production and use process of sawdust briquetting machines?
Raw materials: Crushing: Dust removal: Iron removal: Transportation: Iron removal: Mixing: High temperature compression: Packaging and storage: Transportation
Before production, the briquetting machine should first dry the moisture content of the material to 10-18%, send it to a belt conveyor, pass through an iron remover and a drum screen, and separate the metal substances and impurities such as large wooden blocks and stones from it. Then, it should be dried by an air flow dryer to the required moisture content.
The material is transported to the granulation bin by a bucket elevator, and then under the action of its own gravity, it passes through a quantitative conveyor and modulator before entering the granulation chamber of the briquetting machine. The feeding capacity can be controlled by the frequency converter on the quantitative conveyor.
The briquetting machine compresses the sawdust into a long round rod shape with a diameter of 8mm and extrudes it. At the exit of the round rod, use a steel tooth cutter to cut the round rod into particles of a certain length.
The temperature of the particles produced by the briquetting machine is very high, and they need to be transported again through a bucket elevator to a countercurrent cooler to cool the particle product to room temperature.
The strong airflow required for particle product cooling is provided by a blower at the bottom of the cooler.
The cooled wooden particle vibrating screen filter screens out the dust and returns it to the system for further processing. Packaging, storage, and transportation of finished granular products.
